Refund Policy
Saju Compass sells a digital, instantly-delivered PDF-style report (Personalized Birth Chart Analysis). Because the report is generated and made available to you immediately after payment, all sales are final once the report has been generated — no refunds are issued for change of mind or after the content has been viewed.
By checking the box at checkout, you confirm you understand and accept this policy before payment is processed.
If your report failed to generate, or the payment was charged without a report being produced, contact us at [email protected] and we will fix it.
Privacy Policy
We collect the birth details you provide (date, time, place), an optional name, and — only if you purchase a report — an email address for receipt and support purposes. This data is used solely to generate your reading and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the processors needed to run the site:
- Anthropic — generates the written report text from your chart data.
- Stripe — processes payment. Saju Compass never sees or stores your card details.
Your reading is stored so it remains accessible at its permanent link. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Terms of Service
Saju Compass provides readings based on Korean Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny), Western astrology, and standard personality frameworks, for self-reflection and entertainment purposes. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice, and it should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance.
Reports are personal to the birth details submitted and are provided as-is. Continued use of the site after any policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
